Conditions change — weather, prices, openings, entry requirements — and we do not guarantee that every detail on this site is current. Verify time-sensitive facts (especially passport, visa, and health entry requirements) with official sources before traveling.

Sample Journeys Are Not Offers

Sample journeys illustrate how we plan. They are not fixed packages, price quotes, or guarantees of availability. Actual itineraries and costs are proposed individually in writing after we understand your trip.

Engagements Are Agreed in Writing

Submitting an inquiry creates no obligation on either side. Any planning engagement — including fees, scope, payment, and cancellation terms — is agreed in a separate written proposal before work begins. Third-party providers (accommodations, transport, activity operators) have their own terms, which we summarize in your itinerary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buenaventuras is not liable for losses arising from your use of this website or from acts or omissions of independent third-party travel providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Intellectual Property

The Buenaventuras name, logo, and site content are ours or used under license. Destination photographs are used under their respective licenses — see photo credits. Don't reuse site content commercially without permission.
