We're an independent travel-planning and coordination service. We design your itinerary and coordinate stays, transportation, guides, dining, and experiences. We are not a booking portal, a tour operator running our own buses, or a media site. Full details here.

No — you book flights directly. We advise on the best arrival airport and flight times for your itinerary before you buy, which often matters more than the fare. Landing at the wrong Dominican airport can add four hours of driving.

Inquiring is free. After your questionnaire and a short call, you receive a written planning proposal that states the planning fee and how trip costs are handled — before any work begins or money changes hands. You'll always see what things cost.

Ideally 2–6 months before travel. The best villas and guides book out early, especially December–April and whale season (mid-January to mid-March in Samaná). We generally need at least three weeks to plan a trip well; tighter than that, ask and we'll give you an honest answer for the season.

Full planning support in the Dominican Republic today. Saint Lucia and Turks & Caicos are available by request while we build the same depth of local relationships there. If we can't plan a destination well, we'll say so and point you to someone who can.

Yes — when it's genuinely the right fit for your group and budget. Some kids' ages and some celebrations are simply easier all-inclusive. We'll tell you exactly what you're trading compared with a villa or boutique hotel.

Peak hurricane risk in the region runs roughly August–October. In those months we prioritize flexible bookings. Every itinerary summarizes each property's and operator's change and cancellation terms in plain language, and we strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips.
