How Forms Are Processed

Form submissions are processed on our own server: your submission is emailed to us and a copy is stored securely so we don't lose inquiries. No third-party form service receives your information. We do not use your submission for anything other than responding to you and planning the trip you asked about.

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not send marketing email you didn't ask for.
• We do not collect payment details through this website.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children; travel details about minors are provided by their parent or guardian solely for trip planning.

Sharing With Travel Partners

To plan your trip we may need to share relevant details with the properties, drivers, and guides who will host you — for example, names for a reservation or dietary needs for a chef. We share the minimum necessary, only after you've engaged us to plan.
